Sue Lantz, BA, MPA, is the Managing Director of Collaborative Aging. She facilitated the development of a unique framework to support caregivers. Caregiver Matters was pleased to be a member of this collaboration of caregivers and healthcare providers who came together to develop this framework.

The Planning Framework is an innovative concept and tool for increasing the recognition and supports for family caregivers.
