The idea for “Selling Mom’s Home” came from the collective experiences of some friends and family. We had all shared in the heartache of taking care of our elder parents or in many cases having gone through the loss of one or both of them.
The challenges of home care are compounded with age and a gradual loss of ability to care for a large home becomes a problem. The tough decision to move a parent to long term care or into a retirement home usually means having to consider selling the family home. Our experiences all converged upon the fact that there is a lot of work to do to get to the point of being able to list a home for sale.
Our goal is to manage this process and alleviate the need for family members to have to take on the burden while working and taking care of their own families.
Our team consists of Project Managers Marketing Consultants, Home Renovators, Home Stagers and Real Estate Agents.
Our Services revolve around assisting our client families make tough decisions, find the most effective and profitable home investments in terms of improvements and prepare the home for listing on the market with our preferred agents.
