We are hosting an important FREE workshop for anyone dealing with loss. This workshop is not just about dealing with the death of a loved one.  It is for anyone dealing with any type of loss in their lives. Loss comes in many forms.  For example, for some it is the loss of independence, mobility, or a relationship.  For others, it could be the loss of identity from leaving a job, being an empty nester, loss of purpose or simply missing what use to be.  Learning how to navigate through our losses is a life skill that helps us move forward.  Our one day event will be an inter-active wellness workshop that will help you to tackle very difficult, often private areas of your life.  Please join us, after all, what do you have to lose?
