- Stress, fatigue, social isolation & grief
- Anxiety and depression
- Increased risk of ill-health
Prevent burnout with coping methods such as:
- Humour
- Proper sleep and rest
- Asking for help
- Focusing on what you are able to provide
- Daily “me time”
- Being thankful
