Caregiving Matters is proud to be a member of the “Ontario Caregiver Coalition”. On Tuesday April 3, 2018, we are celebrating with them, the 2nd annual Ontario Family Care Day.
Our goal is to raise awareness of the important role family caregivers play in our health care system, our communities and our families.
This year, the OCC has created 3 posters representing the caring by older adults, sandwich generation and young carers.
