Meet Genesis.
She is a 25 year old lady who quit her job to take care of her mother full time. Her mother came down with Guillen Barre and is completely paralyzed. Genesis takes care of her mother 24/7. Providing toileting, feeding and bathing for her, while also taking her to MD appointments and administering her medications, as well as encouraging her mom because she has become very depressed. Her father helps when he can but he has a very demanding job. Genesis has also put aside her desire to continue in her nursing studies to become a RN. She does this with a positive and cheerful attitude.
We are honoured to have Genesis as one of our Caregiver Heros. She gives everything to help her Mom. Truly amazing.
