Coronavirus is top of mind these days.  It is included in every news broadcast on the radio,  TV and newspapers.  Indeed part of everyone’s conversations and social media sites are full of funny and good ideas about how to protect ourselves.  One area during these times of isolation is to remember to take care of our mental health.  Attached is a good article that covers a wide variety of ways to help during these uncertain times.  Since most of you are at home now, please take a moment to read it.
