We know your life as a caregiver is demanding, but trust us: you’re no good to your loved ones without some occasional, guilt-free self-TLC!

You are invited to join us on Thursday, September 15, 2016, from 1 pm to 3:30 pm at the Toronto Public Library Leaside Branch for peer mingling, snacks and refreshments, educational presentations, entertainment, and activities.

Questions and Answers

Have an issue that you would like another opinion on? Often people have specific issues that they are dealing with.  This session will be a great opportunity to discuss issues and learn what suggestions come from both the speakers and from other attendees.  Getting new ideas is always helpful.
