Mindfulness is a hot topic that everyone can benefit from. Throughout July, there will be 3 important workshops well worth attending.

Dates: July 12th,19th, 26th. (Attend 1, 2 or all 3 sessions!)
Who should attend: Caregivers and their family member who has dementia. There is a requirement that participants are able to sit through the session. All cognitive levels welcome!!!
Location: Home Care Assistance, 1600 Steeles Ave. W. Unit 18 (West of Dufferin)
Experience a modified version of mindfulness in these FREE workshops that accommodate those with varying levels of cognitive issues and can serve as an introduction to mindfulness for those cognitively intact who have difficulty meditating. These events are ideal for caregivers to attend with their family member who has dementia. There is a requirement that participants are able to sit through the session.
