Acting on behalf of their father, (boxing legend George Chuvalo who has lost capacity), are working with a lawyer to have their father divorce his second wife.
According to lawyer Graham Webb, executive director of the Advocacy Centre for the Elderly, “a situation where children initiate a divorce under power of attorney for a parent is unusual, but in his experience, it does happen.”
