Are you currently struggling to care for someone who is seriously ill? If so, please read on!!!

It is really hard to ask for help, isn’t it? You would love to ask for help, but you don’t want to burden anyone, right? Besides, everyone is so busy! You could not possibly ask them. That is one perspective.

Your friends want to help, but they don’t know what to do. They don’t know how to help. They can help and they will, if they are confident they can do what is needed and you are willing to let them!

PalCare is hosting a very special Workshop for Caregiverson March 12th from 9am-12noon with Share The Care™Author, Sheila Warnock who is coming in from New York City to facilitate this special event. The PalCare Network is offering this workshop for absolutely FREE to caregivers. Seating is very limited as Sheila wants to work as closely as possible with participants.

We encourage you to come with one or more of your friends. This workshop is an opportunity for you to learn about the Share The Care model and see some examples of care groups in action. Sheila will then help you to identify a leader and a coordinator from among your personal contacts to help you organize your own care team. You will receive a copy of Sheila’s book Share The Care along with all 23 of the colour-coded Share The Care forms to help you establish your own care giving team. Ongoing support will be available to you through PalCare and ShareTheCaregiving™.
